Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays
Dilan Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dilangold.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
