Return & Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Returns
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address via email.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@dilangold.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
